im 21 years old, 5 foot 9 and 147 Pounds

I have my nutrition plan i started last week but becase i have a 9 to 5 job i wondered if you guys had any good ideas of maybe a real good sandwiche that could go as a snack after breakfast around 11 am and after my lunch for the afternoon around 4 that i can just eat at my desk or something packed with carbs and protein. i have no problem cooking the night before for my lunch its just the snacks im struggling to eat anything calorie packed.

Your help is much appreciated!!

PB and J is a classic. Lol. That being said, if you have refridgeration, maybe a Ham and swiss cheese or a lean beef and cheddar sandwhich?

If you like cooking, grill up some chicken breasts in marinade or with a rub and just eat those on plain pieces of bread.

Veg or even rice might be a good replacement for bread.

Weight Gainer supps are a waste of money. All they consist of is maltodextrin. sugar and a whey blend for a silly price.

Get yourself some bulk maltodextrin or oats and mix it with some whey. ::smile::

You might want to consider any of those carb sources.

Oats offer a better nutriional profile.

You can usually get a kg of oatflakes for a quid, but those oats are milled ultra fine - ideal for shakes to get it down you more easily.
